Jim Brown

Jim has called Cedar Falls home for over 35 years. After earning his degree from UNI, he built a successful career in business development before transitioning into public service. He served five years on the Cedar Falls Board of Education, followed by four years as Mayor of Cedar Falls. Continuing his commitment to community growth, Jim co-founded and became the Executive Director of the Cedar Falls Economic Development Corporation (CFEDC). His deep-rooted dedication to Cedar Falls and the Cedar Valley drives his passion for assisting buyers and sellers in real estate throughout the same.
